LOCATION
Our office is conveniently located less than 2 miles south of the George Washington Bridge in Fort Lee, NJ., off Palisade Avenue in the Horizon Complex Building 6 (Lobby Level).
PARKING
Parking is available in the designated Patient Parking Areas directly across from the office. Parking is also available on the south side of the building as indicated by parking signs. Please park only in these spaces.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Horizon House is easily accessible by car, bus and ferry.
